В ноябре объем торгов юанем на внебиржевом и биржевом рынках превысил 8 трлн рублей, обновив предыдущий максимум, установленный в августе этого года (тогда было 7,9 трлн рулей), пишет «Коммерсантъ» со ссылкой на данные Банка России и участников валютного рынка.
Это на 8% выше показателя октября и на 27% выше значения аналогичного периода 2023 года. При этом биржевые объемы торгов юанем с поставкой «сегодня» выросли на 29%, до 0,76 трлн рублей, с поставкой «завтра» — на 1%, до 1,85 трлн рублей.
На внебиржевом рынке объем торгов юанем, по расчетам «Коммерсанта» мог составить рекордные 5,4 трлн рублей, что на 8% выше показателя октября и почти вдвое выше прошлогоднего значения.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
