В ходе совместного исследования Forbes Education и VK Видео опросили россиян старше 25 лет, чтобы выяснить, какие видео и с какой целью смотрят их дети, а также какую роль сами родители играют в отборе контента для них.

Оказалось, что образовательным видео интересуются дети подавляющего большинства респондентов (64%). В числе наиболее полезных родители чаще всего называли видео по следующим темам: иностранные языки, география, точные науки, история, культура и искусство.

Все родители признались, что так или иначе следят за тем, что смотрит их ребенок. Более половины опрошенных отметили недостаток качественного образовательного видеоконтента, доступного на русском языке.
