Центробанк опубликовал список кредитных продуктов, по которым получил возможность с апреля 2025 года вводить количественные ограничения.
В списке регулятора:
🔖кредитные карты; 🔖ипотека на все виды недвижимости, в том числе ИЖС и военная; 🔖потребительские кредиты, не связанные с предпринимательской деятельностью, выданные под залог жилья или авто; 🔖автокредиты; 🔖кредиты, выданные банками или МФО на рефинансирование уже имеющихся займов; 🔖образовательные кредиты.
Решения о конкретных ограничениях будет вводить совет директоров регулятора, а также он будет изменять размер лимита или отменять такие ограничения.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed.
