В самой же Молдове свет и отопление пока есть, топливо будет поступать по тройному тарифу из Румынии. Для многих бедных семей это означает ещё большее падение уровня жизни.
Кроме того, в 11 населенных пунктах Зоны безопасности, подчиненных конституционным властям Молдовы, не хватает природного газа, а периодически люди вынуждены сидеть и без электричества.
