БМРТ «Виктор Гаврилов» предназначен для лова пелагических пород рыбы, а также будет использоваться как плавбаза для переработки рыбы.

Рыбоперерабатывающая фабрика на судне включает линию сурими, сможет выпускать готовые консервы, рыбий жир, муку, а также разделанную и упакованную рыбу.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
