Из крупных гостей в ХМАО были только делегации из Белоруссии и Казахстана. Ранее куратор экономики, вице-губернатор Роман Генкель ездил в Минск, где пригласил соседей в нефтяной регион. Также 29 сентября Югорский промышленно-инвестиционный форум посетила губернатор Наталья Комарова. Тусовка не удалась...
