Русских попросил главу Минобрнауки РФ Валерия Фалькова передать имущество училища из федеральной собственности в региональную, чтобы училище могли содержать местные власти.
Жители Ульяновска собрали больше 12 тыс. подписей за сохранение училища, которому не хватает денег на обучение студентов в 2025 году. По словам общественника Константина Толкачева, музучилище — одно из главных музыкальных образовательных учреждений Поволжья.
Депутат Госдумы от Ульяновской области Алексей Куринный утверждал, что региональные власти с 2021 года не выдают музучилищу заказов на подготовку специалистов. Учреждению в 2023 году пришлось судиться с властью, чтобы получить деньги по контрактам прошлых лет.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
