На второй картинке показано, как с их помощью начитывают нэмбуцу - один круг надевают на ладонь, водопой зажимают между указательным и средним пальцами, потом сжимают руку и постепенно двигают их. Правда, у меня совсем нет опыта работы с такими четками, поэтому опять же - если кто-то с ними работал, в комментариях можно и нужно рассказывать о тонкостях.
