Radar Contact – the situation which exists when the radar position of a particular aircraft is seen and identified on a situation display.
Identification – the situation which exists when the position indication of a particular aircraft is seen on a situation display and positively identified.
Казалось бы, что ИКАО унифицирует правила для всех стран, подписавших Чикагскую конвенцию, но…
В некоторых странах используются обе вышесказанные фразы, а разницы между ними не выделяют (Испания, например), в иных – только identified (например, Англия), а в США, как говорят, используется наоборот только radar contact (не могу уверять, в комментах можно дать опровержение, если точно знаете).
Ну, простыми словами можно сказать, что radar contact – вижу метку на локаторе, а identified (контроль по вторичному) – вижу информацию по этой метке (эшелон, скорость и т.д.).
❗️Вопрос к диспетчерам из разных стран (а такие тут есть, это точно). Что и по какому принципу вы используете в своей работе?

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
