The main role in the events is played by the "Coast Shield" brigade, made up of former members of the 25th Special Forces Division, and the "Military Council for the Liberation of Syria" formed today.

The question is how long these structures will exist, given the active transfer of units of the new authorities from other regions, as well as the lack of a strong rear and support from the same Russian bases.
