Согласно уже действующему законопроекту, на территориях, где действует режим КТО, автомобили граждан и компаний могут быть использованы для доставки нуждающихся в медицинской помощи в лечебные учреждения, а также для преследования террористов. Новая норма расширяет эти правила и теперь будет распространяться на "обеспечение мероприятий по борьбе с терроризмом".
При этом, положения законопроекта не затрагивают автомобили, принадлежащие дипломатическим представительствам, иным учреждениям иностранных государств и международным организациям.
