В 16-й пакет санкций ЕС вошли 48 физлиц и 35 юрлиц, в том числе главный конструктор Бюро интегрированных систем Владислав Лобаев, гендиректор станкостроительного холдинга «Стан» Борис Богатырев и глава НПО «Орион» Вадим Старцев.
Снайперские винтовки Лобаева широко применяются в зоне СВО. Их неоднократно передавали и калужским бойцам.
