Индустриальный районный суд Ижевска продлил меру пресечения инженера по надзору за строительством отдела капитального строительства «Ижводоканала» А. Лапина, обвиняемого в получении взятки, сообщает пресс-служба судейского сообщества Удмуртии.
По версии следствия, Лапин в феврале 2024 года в сговоре с начальником отдела капитального строительства с. Перевощиковым получил 75 тыс. рублей за подписание актов и приемку скрытых работ, а также ускорения их оплаты.
Суд, изучив материалы дела, продлил домашний арест Лапина до 26 февраля 2025 года.
