الجواب: إذا كان حول الإنسان دخان من حطب أو من بخور فإنه لا يضر، حتى لو أخذ المبخرة وأضفى عليها الغترة فإنه لا يضر، الذي يضر أن يستنشق الدخان؛ لأنه إذا استنشقه دخل إلى جوفه، أما مجرد أن يشم رائحة دخان، أو أن يكون في حجرة وقد أولع النار وصار يخرج منها الدخان، فإن ذلك لا يضر، حتى لو دخل أنفه لا يضر، مثلاً: لو أن إنساناً في هذه الأيام سبح في بركة وانغمس فيها ودخل الماء إلى بطنه فإنه لا يضره؛ لأنه لم يتعمد، وهذه النقطة أسمع كثيراً من الناس يسألون عن البخور للصائم ويظنون أن مجرد الدخان يفطر الصائم، وهذا غلط، لا يفطره إلا إذا استنشقه ودخل إلى جوفه.
