🤡любые макароны (я взяла спиральки, обычно делаю с ракушками)
🤡красная рыба (у меня форель, по граммам сложно сказать, все на глаз)
🤡шпинат 100 грамм
🤡 оливковое масло
🤡сливки 20% 100-150мл
🤡тертый сыр
Пока варятся макароны, в смазанной маслом сковороде чуть обжариваете шпинат, он просто должен стать мягким, убираем. На эту же сковородку выкладываем рыбу, порезанную кубиками, обжариваем на среднем огне.
Когда макароны сварились к рыбе добавляем 2 ст ложки бульона от макарон, сами макароны, шпинат, сливки, все тушим минут 5 и добавляем сыр в конце. На всю готовку уйдет минут 25, не больше - просто, как мы любим 😢
