Этого уже достаточно. Каждое мгновение, разумеется, не пропуская ни единого. Можно писать в блог. Или молчать, курить на балконе. Наблюдать за полётом ворона. Заговаривать демонов. Или вообще "развиваться" — "духовно". Но реальности ничего этого не надо от нас, наплевать. Достаточно быть воплощённым сколько хватает сил и ещё самую капельку сверхусилий. Просто надо.
