На заседании стало известно, что Самату Матцакову предъявлено обвинение в мошенничестве, совершенном в крупном размере (статья 209 часть 3 УК КР) и подделке документов (статья 379 часть 3 УК КР).
Адвокаты Матцакова подали ходатайство, чтобы сторона обвинения предъявила им документ, который якобы подделал их подзащитный.
По итогу судья удовлетворил ходатайство и дал следователю полчаса на то, чтобы он привез документ в суд. Судья также объявил перерыв.
