Сегодня, 28 сентября, в Мурманской области прошло заседание регионального Совета по туризму. В рамка развития этого направления губернатор Андрей Чибис объявил о строительстве новой воздушной гавани в Апатитах. Объект планируют возвести в 2023 году.
Глава Заполярья на мероприятии назвал развитие области в направлении туризма приоритетной задачей. «Всё, что касается инфраструктуры и средств размещения, — это для нас задача на ближайшие три года», — отметил Чибис.
Согласно данным за восемь месяцев 2021 года, Мурманскую область посетили 300 тысяч туристов. Возможно, со строительством новогоаэропорта это число будет увеличено. Но самое главное, чтобы его построили не только вовремя, но и качественно.
