Повышение должно состояться примерно с 1 января 2025 года. С одной стороны это демонстрирует попытку властей оттянуть мобилизацию, с другой стороны - найти деньги в большом объеме будет сложно. Условно - 100 тысяч контрактников по 3 миллиона - это 300 миллиардов рублей. И это только региональные выплаты.
