Савеловский районный суд Москвы приговорил Елену Блиновскую к пяти годам колонии по делу об уклонении от уплаты налогов в особо крупном размере и легализации денежных средств.
В ходе прений сторон гособвинение просило суд назначить Блиновской шесть лет колонии. Также гособвинение попросило назначить блогеру в качестве дополнительного наказания штраф в размере 1,5 млн рублей, поддержало гражданский иск к ней в полном объеме и на пять лет просило запретить ей заниматься коммерческой деятельностью.
Кроме того, суд удовлетворил гражданский иск на сумму 587 млн рублей и взыскал имущество Блиновской в доход государства.
Блиновская, находясь под стражей и домашним арестом во время предварительного следствия и судебного процесса, уже отбыла около двух лет из назначенных ей судом пяти лет лишения свободы.
