Несколько месяцев назад сооружение на полтора года закрыли, чтобы реконструировать. Людей и автомобили на единственный мост через реку не пускали — сегодня утром плотина не выдержала. Индифферентные местные, кажется, что-то знали или уже ничему не удивляются в этом прекрасном и яростном мире.
UPD. Обрушились 3 новых и один старый пролет гидроузла. Объект обещали сдать в декабре этого года.
