Интересно, что программа газификации уже существует. С конкретными сроками подведения до границ земельных участков. Только земля эта общественная, а границы внешние, а не конкретного домовладения. Не перепутайте (а ведь путают). Что изменится? Сроки старой программы или появится какая-то новая, специально для СНТ?
