Не знаю был он в заявке или нет, но во-первых, он один из президентов команды, а это вроде автоматически заявка. Во-вторых, он явно бы имел статус сверх медиа, имеет свою аудиторию и вообще не футбольный. Тут я выступаю за то что таких людей можно было в любой период на одну игру заявлять.
А вот Васиченко - это прецедент, как его будут решать не понятно, если другим командам так не разрешат сделать, то может будет скандал(((

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
