Linde подала апелляцию на решение суда взыскать более 100 млрд рублей по иску "Русхимальянса" (оператор проекта строительства комплекса по переработке и сжижению газа в Усть-Луге). Об этом говорится в картотеке арбитражных дел.
Апелляции подали Linde GmbH и "Линде инжиниринг рус". Ранее суд взыскал порядка 101 млрд рублей (€669,7 млн и 30,71 млрд рублей) в пользу российской компании с Linde GmbH, Linde PLC, Linde UK Holdings No.2 Limited, Linde Holdings Netherlands No.3 B.V. и Linde Russia UK Limited. Суд также постановил взыскать с компаний группы Linde проценты за просрочку по уплате обязательств. Кроме того, суд обратил взыскание на имущество Linde в виде ее акций в "Линде газ рус", "Линде Уралтехгаз", 100% в "Линде газ Новотроицк", "Линде газ Липецк", 19,9% в "Газпром Линде инжиниринг", 100% в "Линде инжиниринг рус", 100% в "Криостар рус", а также на имущество Linde UK Holdings No.2 Limited в виде 100% в "Праксэа рус" и 10% в ООО "Праксайр Волгоград". @lngchannel
