Застройщик строит многоквартирный дом, на первом этаже - коммерческие помещения. Он заключает договор аренды будущей недвижимой вещи с арендатором. Потом он заключает договор участия в долевом строительстве в отношении этого помещения.
Спрашивается, должна ли (а если должна, то как) работать ст. 617 ГК, устанавливающая следование договора аренды за вещью?
