Что он имел в виду? Да всё просто. Он один из тех, кто на коррупционной основе "отрабатывается" на криминал. В данном случае, он действует в интересах уголовника Троцкого, стремящегося рейдерским путем, с использованием полицейско-прокурорского и судебного ресурса отнять у Евгении Сорогиной бизнес.
