— График первый, из заметки. До СВО денежно-кредитная политика ЦБ вела к стагнации в экономике. Обратите внимание на то, какой узкой была зелёная область на графике. Эта область соответствует росту реальной денежной массы (РДМ). Выделил красным прямоугольником;
— График второй, ситуация на сегодня. С началом СВО ЦБ вынужден был проводить политику, способствующую росту РДМ. Тоже выделил красным.
