19.09.2024 суд рассмотрел представление врио начальника уголовно-исполнительной инспекции об изменении подсудимому Гаглошвили меры пресечения в виде домашнего ареста на более строгую, в связи с нарушением ранее установленных судом запретов. Суд представление контролирующего органа удовлетворил, подсудимому изменена мера пресечения с домашнего ареста на заключение под стражу, сроком на 3 месяца.
