В двух словах надо сказать, что, по моему мнению, при определении места нахождения и строительства коррекционной школы была допущена ошибка: сквер «Ивана Фомина» - это не самое подходящее место для строительства.
Почему? Потому что коррекционную школу лучше всего было расположить за городом, в хорошем месте, на природе, это лучше всего для детей.
А там что? Там спальный район, рядом улица, оживлённое движение. Это с одной стороны. С другой стороны, этим недовольны жители целого микрорайона.
Почему? Потому что сад «Ивана Фомина» - это один из немногих скверов, парков, так скажем, на севере города.
