Зампред правительства Сахалинской области Владимир Ющук, курирующий соцполитику, снова оказался в числе аутсайдеров по версии уважаемого Замгубернатора. Только-только у чиновника наметился прогресс: в октябре он удостоился звания «середняка», как уже в ноябре он снова скатился на дно рейтинга.
Среди достойных действий - помощь пострадавшим от взрыва в доме в поселке Тымовское:лишенным крова гражданамвыдаютключи от нового жилья. Еще чем-то хорошим Ющук не отличился в прошлом месяце.
А вот проколов хватает. Во-первых, сахалинский минздрав в очередной раз обложался.Ведомствоспустило в трубу более 50 млн рублей. Естественно, за такой ущерб региональному бюджету головы полетят. Во-вторых, губернатор Лимаренко фактически поручил курируемому Ющуком министерству соцзащиты поколдовать с законом и уменьшить расходы на выплаты участникам СВО: вряд ли такие инициативы можно назвать благими.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
