👮‍♂️ Жилищная инспекция по #ЮАО провела обязательные профилактические визиты в отношении управляющих организаций в районах Бирюлево Западное, Бирюлево Восточное, Орехово-Борисово Северное и Зябликово.
🏢 Основной темой профилактических бесед стали вопросы осуществления аварийно-диспетчерского обслуживания МКД, соблюдения нормативных правил при устранении нарушений во время аварийных ситуаций, в том числе на системах водоснабжения и отопления.
✅ Жилищные инспекторы обратили внимание на работу аварийно-диспетчерских служб, качество коммунальных услуг и допустимые сроки перерывов их подачи.
⚠️ Представителей УК предупредили об административной ответственности за несоблюдение требований по осуществлению аварийно-диспетчерского обслуживания МКД.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
