В Махачкале продолжается демонтаж торговых павильонов, ларьков и других конструкций, установленных без правоустанавливающих документов на муниципальной земле.

Очередные работы проведены на улицах Атаева, Ю. Акаева и проспекта И. Шамиля. Всего за неделю вывезено порядка 10 объектов.

Ранее владельцы были уведомлены о самостоятельном демонтаже павильонов. В случае игнорирования требований проводится принудительный демонтаж и вывоз с привлечением спецтехники.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
