Сегодня ночью генеральный директор издательства Дмитрий Утробин покорил Чачани — вулкан, расположенный рядом с культурной столицей Перу, городом Арекипа. Восхождение было тяжелым: 16 часов штурма, много снега, пришлось продвигаться в облаке, но вот долгожданная вершина с нашим флагом и совершенно невероятные виды — дух захватывает!

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
