Ранее издание The Times написало, что ВСУ получили разрешение на применение данных ракет вглубь территории России. Вчера же американскими ракетами ATACMS впервые была атакована Брянская область.

Несмотря на вчерашние призывы Сергея Лаврова, западные партнеры все никак не хотят читать обновленную российскую ядерную доктрину. Видимо придется запускать в них агитационные ракеты с брошюрками.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
