Воспользоваться им смогут правообладатели и участники торгов, подписавшие договор купли-продажи или аренды недвижимого имущества в ГИС ТОРГИ ПРОДАЖИ. Информацию о принятом Росреестром решении стороны договора автоматически получат в своих личных кабинетах.
Новый функционал позволит осуществлять все действия по сделке в одной системе.
