15 октября открывается выставка «Коллекция Николая и Георгия Ботка. Два поколения собирателей», которая впервые продемонстрирует публике одну из самых значимых петербургских коллекций искусства XX века.

Эта коллекция хорошо известна в профессиональных музейных кругах. Экспонаты из этой коллекции неоднократно участвовали в различных музейных выставках, в том числе выставках Музея искусства Санкт-Петербурга ХХ-ХХI веков. Однако в масштабном формате, в открытом публичном пространстве коллекция предстает впервые.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
