На суде он так же "раскаивался" и приносил глубочайшие извинения, но получил ультрамягкое наказание, посмеялся над правосудием, продолжил своё абсолютно свинское бытие и как итог(промежуточный) забил девушку ногами.
Сейчас его будут судить за хулиганку (кстати, а чем этот случай отличается от истории в московском метро, где статья покушение на убийство?), он опять получит мягкое наказание, выйдет по удо и начнёт убивать, это будет закономерное развитие событий.
