Гагаринский районный суд города Москвы рассматривает гражданское дело по иску Корецких Ю.А. к Запашному Э.В. о защите чести, достоинства и деловой репутации. В иске указано, что Запашный Э.В. распространил в своем Telegram-канале недостоверные и порочащие истца сведения. Определением от 26.11.2024 производство по делу приостановлено в связи с назначением судебной лингвистической экспертизы.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
