Утвержден градплан участка под ИЖС в районе Бекасово

Выпущен градостроительный план земельного участка для индивидуального жилищного строительства (ИЖС) в Троицком административном округе, сообщила председатель Москомархитектуры Юлиана Княжевская. По ее словам, он находится в районе Бекасово по адресу: ул. Святая, з/у 20Б, его площадь составляет около 0,16 га.

«На нем можно возвести частный дом общей поэтажной площадью 676 кв. метров. Будущий собственник сможет обустроить дом в соответствии с индивидуальными потребностями, создавая удобное и функциональное пространство для проживания», – сказала Юлиана Княжевская.

Участок находится в живописном районе, сочетающем преимущества загородной жизни с развитой инфраструктурой.
