Залить холодной водой, довести до кипения, добавить соль (при желании) и на небольшом огне варить 10-15 мин ( по инструкции на упаковке) 🟤Овощи мелко нашинковать, шпинат мелко нарезать 🟤Лук потушить 4 минуты, к нему добавить кабачок, перец. Притушить 7 минут все вместе 🟤Добавить помидорки, шпинат , потушить ещё 2 минуты 🟤Добавить кукурузу (без сахара) 🟤Добавить киноа к овощам и 2 мин прогреть все вместе
