Хлеб ржаной любой (у меня гречишный) Авокадо Антарктик криль Яйцо вареное (4 минуты после закипания)
Авокадо смешать с яйцом, посолить. Хлеб подсушить на сковороде Хлеб намазать антарктик крилем, потом массой из авокадо и яйца. Добавить зелень, помидорки)
Для общей пользы дела снабдила тарелку креветками. Обжариваем креветки на сливочном масле с двух сторон, солим, перчим, добавляем чеснок и петрушку , подаем. Обожаю этот аромат 🤤
