71 год со дня образования Магаданской области мы отметим 3 декабря. Именно в этот день в 1953 году Президиум Верховного Совета ССР издал указ «Об образовании Магаданской области», в состав которой были включены районы, округ и город Магадан. К этой дате журнал «Люди Колымы» рассказывают историю наших районов, ныне — муниципальных округов, чтобы ещё раз напомнить о том, в каком прекрасном и стремительно развивающемся регионе мы живём.
