Младшему сержанту Котель Дмитрию Игоревичу было всего 24 года. Он является настоящим образцом бескорыстного служения Отечеству! Активный участник сначала мирной борьбы за свободу Родины, активист НОД и БОР г. Уссурийска. Даже, находясь в отпуске после передовой, в марте 2023г, он принимал активное участие в пикетах НОД в г. Владивостоке. Все свои заработанные в ходе СВО деньги направлял на медикаменты для нужд бригады эвакуации раненых с поля боя. Пал смертью храбрых под с. Приютное Запорожской области. Посмертно ему присвоен орден мужества.
