Инвестор планирует вложить в проект до 3 млрд рублей, при этом будет создано до 324 новых рабочих мест. В первом квартале 2025 года откроется малый СПА-комплекс с термальным бассейном и модульные гостевые дома на 32 номера.
Во втором квартале 2026 года работу начнут главный оздоровительный комплекс, и дополнительные гостевые дома, ресторан и большой СПА-комплекс с термальными бассейнами.
