Смог vs. Туман — как отличить?

Каждый пост о смоге и тумане сопровождается спорами вокруг природы этих явлений. Определенную сложность вносит также тот факт, что и смог и туман в Сербии наблюдаются примерно в одно и то же время и при схожей погоде — безветренные дни, на фоне антициклонов в холодное время года. Как же отличить?

Я сделал карточки с примерами фотографий каждого явления от наших подписчиков, надеюсь кому-то это будет полезно.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
