Вот так застройщик и бездействующая администрация, неспособная с ним совладать, и не желающая что-либо предпринимать, поздравляют нас всех с Днём защитника Отечества. Видимо, для администрации мы с вами частью Отечества не являемся и защищать наши права и интересы не надо.
