С иском вышла прокуратура: она доказала, что директор «Центра» Мазанова состоит в отношениях с бывшим сотрудником пресс-службы думы Шестаковым. У них есть общее имущество. А именно Шестаков занимался контрактами со СМИ.
Прокуратура сперва добилась его увольнения с формулировкой «утрата доверия», а потом вышла в суд с требованием вернуть в бюджет уже потраченные деньги на информирование о работе думы.
Арбитраж требования поддержал: в доход бюджета должно быть взыскано 31 млн рублей основного долга и порядка 5 млн рублей процентов за неправомерное пользование деньгами.
