Как стало известно «Фактору», погибшим оказался 56-летний Пряхин Артур Борисович — руководитель Управления Федеральной антимонопольной службы по Республике Карелия.
Известно, что перед гибелью он оставил предсмертную записку, в которой написал, что просит в его смерти никого не винить. Также Артур Борисович написал супруге, где хранятся деньги.
