Деревня активно застраивается частными домами, цены на участки растут с каждым годом. Здесь есть и очевидные плюсы вроде чистого воздуха и своего пляжа, но есть и много минусов.
Например, к врачу или в детский сад, которые находятся во Фролах, на автобусе не уедешь — такого рейса пока не существует.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
