В материалах Минэкономразвития указывалось, что в эту цифру "зашиты" надбавки на капремонт инфраструктуры, обеспечение транспортной безопасности и для компенсации расходов из-за корректировки налогового законодательства. Согласно документу кабмина, это 7%, 1% и 1,5% соответственно. Новой общей индексации с 1 января не будет.
